I think this is a great topic but warm up middle and closing set are all set up in the dj line up you cant put a commercial dj for a warm up set and put a deep dj for middle or closing set it killes the spirit so the line up for djs is the most crusial part

You can't expect a DJ who's style is oriented towards hardstyle to bring some commercial house to play at your party but he or she should have something to warm up the dancefloor and build the momentum. They should have some dynamics in there box, not just the banging big tracks of the moment.

Hi guys !
Just something for the birthday party :
Let's take a DJ whose musical style is oriented towards Dubstep or Hardstyle. For the party, what you say is that you would suggest him not to bring only his dubstep/hardstyle tracks but to have a variety of different styles since the crowd won't necessarily like Hardstyle, and to remain open to everything ?

Sorry if the question seems a bit dumb, but I wanted to be sure while using an example :)

[...] But the headliner almost never plays from the moment the doors open. One or more opening DJs are used to warm up the room, keeping the crowd entertained and the alcohol flowing until the headliner’s designated time slot later in the evening. And many promoters seem to be unaware of how important this role can be. A DJ who isn’t up to the task of opening can dissipate the energy on the dance floor before it has a chance to solidify. In a good scenario, the crowd will pack the bar and hug the walls until the headliner comes on. In a worst case scenario, the club will empty out before the DJ has time to mix in a new track.
