When I put on my HP I imagine myself playing at a club, concert, etc... starting warm up songs leading to the bigger tracks with my stlye added to them. I guess thats what makes my listeners keep wanting more. Personally, i find mixing in the headphones more comfortable than the traditional method, however, i must admit, the later is the tougher skill to gain out of the two.
